When it involves pedophilia he's guilty until proven innocent. Even in today's sexually ultra-permissive society certain standards remain. Sexual contact between adults and children is wrong, and will always be wrong.
I think we give the accuser the benefit of the doubt in a case like this.

Well there was the clear evidence of Weiners exploits. I particularly like the one with his child lying in bed next to him. On the other hand, there is no evidence against Moore. If evidence is found, then he deserves the consequences. Otherwise I will still say it's all fake bullshite

I agree that Moore should step down if the accusation has any truth to it. So do republican leadership, as I'm sure you've ignored.
Moore also hasn't been convicted.

I think a better comparison is the Duke lacrosse boys, or maybe the Virginia "Rolling Stone" article, as another poster has noted.
Those were cases of he said she said, and we saw many people's lives and reputations almost destroyed beyond repair for false claims.
Fortunately our Justice system works as innocent until proven guilty, unlike the court of public opinion it seems.
I just hope that nobody who advocates for this crazy idea of guilty until proven innocent, simply because it's an opposing political party, ever gets accused of something they didn't do. That shite will change your tune real quick. It's not fun.

I think the Hannity interview took the doubt away. A 30+ year old doesn’t forget if he dated a teen (multiple). Whether the 14 year old story is true I don’t know, but if he was fooling around with other teens it’s not much of a stretch and lends weight to her accusations.
