Nothing but for some reason I feel
Better going into this game than I did when auburn came to town. I'm not saying Lsu wins or anything but it's
Nice feel good about this team again. The uneasiness I've had since O got the job especially after the troy game is gone. I have a good feeling O goes 3-1 in nov and wins the bowl. 10-3 and watch out in feb. If O has a 10 Win season?? Ok.. !! Shhhiat he loaded ole miss up with talent and never had a winning season much less double digit wins plus two bowl wins in a row. (Hopefully). Just saying that excitement of a 10-3 season added to his ability to create excitement is
Gonna be big if he can accomplish this.

Honest answer here- LSU bumbled around and lost a couple games to nobodies, and looked awful in the process.

Alabama SHOULD win every game they play, but with LSU's talent level, if LSU plays to their potential, then Alabama will have to be dialed in to win. That usually isn't a problem, since LSU under Miles always had a lot of press coming into this game.

This year, there's a lot of reasons why Bama might not take this game seriously. And if they don't and we're on top of our game, we can bite them.

I think the playoff poll ranking Bama at #2 instead of #1 is bad news for us. I wish they were #1, fat and happy.

I guess the Troy fans were Delusional, Huh.

Nothing to do with their fans, Troy's line on both sides of the ball pushed LSU around. No delusion what so ever. Hopefully, LSU can recruit a few very good offensive linemen that stick around and several stud defensive linemen to compete with the elite in the conference. If not, more of the same.

But this seems delusional from what the OP is asking.

I don't know what's going to happen. From what we've seen. This team won't move the ball well at all.

The ie Florida game? They missed an extra point and fired their coach. That doesn't mean dog shite compared to what this team faces.

Crazy shite happens, I get it. But the rosters aren't comparable rt now, at least that was the excuse for early losses. I felt better about last year's game than this.

I don't necessarily think that they'll win, but there are a couple things in their favor.

1. The pressure is all on Bama, they are supposed to win and win big.

2. LSU has been through the fire this season. The've been very low and have been tested. They've come through it and are peaking now. Bama hasn't been tested and hasn't really faced a good team yet.

I don't know if it's enough to get the win, but I expect that LSU will play over its head on Saturday. If the pressure gets to Bama and they slip up, they will lose this game.

Nothing on the lines and that's where it is won or lost. Don't see Eitling having time to throw again.

Simple

We do not decide games on paper

We play the game to see who wins and any game can be won

Lets just play the game

Didn't think anyone thought they would win. Certainly not the Orgeron fan club.

Yes. Too bad we had a head coach that couldn't address the issue for last year's game.

As for me I have put in about 59 years being a Tiger fan. From listening to the games on an old Motorola radio with my uncle thru 4 years as a student. 3 Ncs. The good bad and ugly to excellence.
I'm all in for every game and think the Tigers can win every game.
Why watch if you just know they will lose? Just watch another game and check in the Scoreboard to make sure you were right so you can say I told you so on Sunday.
I and thousands like me will be watching, knowing the Tigers can win any game against anybody on any given Saturday. Geaux Tigers!

They lost at home to an inferior team that came in with a chip on their shoulder and played like they had nothing to lose.

We were multi-touchdown favorites, and we lost to an inferior team from Alabama.

If it can happen once, it can happen again, only this time in reverse. An inferior team (recruiting-wise) with nothing to lose going in to Bama as multi-touchdown underdogs.

And yes, I understand that O <> Saban in that analogy, but that's not the point: Rather, I'm saying that Troy wasn't as "bad" as they were made out to be, and came in with the mindset that THEY COULD WIN.

To quote the Dearly Departed Les Miles: "They had a WANT to win!"

The question is - do we?

1. Guice is healthy
2. Key is back in shape and playing better
3. Lawrence healthy for 1st time this season
4. Alexander healthy
5. Under Aranda the youth and new starters are figuring out the D
6. We appear to have found a solid OL combo and they have had 2 weeks to gel
7. Weathersby back to 100%
8. Dee Anderson back in the mix and ready to contribute
9. Canada's offense finally taking shape and time to gameplan for Bama
10. FG kicker actually making FGs
11. Observed improvement as season has progressed
12. Devin White

Other than that they haven't done a damn thing.

Of course it is going to be tough and even unlikely, but there is reason for optimism.

Coming back from a 20 pt. deficit to beat a pretty good Auburn team.
