There isn't going to be a 1,500 mile continuous wall. Natural barriers won't need to be reinforced with a wall.

10 years ago it cost 2.4 billion for fencing a 1/3 of it. You're telling me that a 30 foot wall is going to be 800 million dollars cheaper?

All it's going to be tops are some beautiful gates where people legally drive into the country or upkeep of some fences. Trump is not keeping his word.

They're not getting the wall built, they're replacing existing fencing. Since Trump is astoundingly hard up for wins they reject this reality and substitute their own.

No, I'm telling you we are not going to see a 1,500 continuous wall as you insinuated.

That's pretty cocky given the past 2 weeks Trump has had. If Biden were to run against Trump, he'll kill him if the election was held today. The election was not a referendum on Trump, but on how despicable and hated Hillary Clinton is. I sure as shite didn't want Trump President, but I wasn't going to get my hands dirty with a filthy war hawk like Hillary Clinton. She's one step below Henry Kissinger.

$1.4 billion here, $1.6 billion there...pretty soon we'll total up to $12 to $15 billion...what it takes to build the wall.

It is a down payment, supposedly. The media and democrats saying it is not happening is convoluted. ABC News just put out an article saying NO BORDER WALL, Trump fails on his promises, and some monkey poll survey saying people don't want it.

Despite Trump Promises, There Are Still No Plans for a Mexican Border Wall - NBC News

Yet ABC printed the article posted above that bids were going in for the border wall. I wish we could trust the media.

Donald Trump’s border wall is being prototyped in California

There's no way they can build a 1500 mile wall for 1.6 billion.

Yeah, no shite.

A good estimate is $7.5 million per mile. Need only about a 1000 mile wall. The rest of the terrain is way too dangerous to cross on foot. It's a natural barrier.

So you're looking at $7.5 billion to build a 1000 mile wall. shite, double it for good measure and call it $15 billion.

So we already have a total of $3 billion allocated to wall construction. As long as these wall contractors are kicking back some campaign contributions to our reps and senators we can ensure funds flowing to the wall project.

And if he does run in 2020, what then? Say what you will about Biden, but he's the Democrat who actually gets the center of the country and is not blind to it. Trump could not depend on the Rust Belt like he did last time with Biden as his opponent.

Oh please, that's pretty much the single worst source you can find. Huma Abedin, really? The person who led to the total collapse of Hillary's campaign due to her husband sending dick pics to a 15 year old? Huma doesn't know shite and has made a career of sucking Hillary dry.

Waste of money.
Crony capitalism is alive and well in the good ole US of A.

Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.

The establishment has to be laughing its arse of at how easily it continues to fool the public.

MrLarson, come on with the Huma story. If anyone cited Huma Abedin as a reliable source on literally any other context, you would be the very first to call them out on that.

The House passed another measure in July which provided $790 billion for defense, homeland security and infrastructure projects. The July bill also included $1.6 billion for physical barriers to be constructed along the southern U.S.-Mexico border.
And this bill will join that one.

The rustbelt isn't stupid. They watched Biden with Obama for eight years and know that Biden does not give two happy horseshits about the middle class. He can go to as many Scranton PA bars with Joe blue collar guy he wants, his politics are identical to Obama's.

Your argument is moot; he will be way too old to run. The dems can't afford a 4 year President to usher in someone else, they dont have this luxury. Obama already assigned Deval Patrick and Kamala as VP.
