I have a meeting. Can you link to my outrage and criticism of Google while I suffer through these goobers droning on about nothing.

I already said i was speaking generally. Just replace "you" with "your ilk" or "the majority of those right of center"
if that's all you have to hold on to here then you have no argument.

but yet you still insist kneeling has nothing to do with why he's not on a roster. Even though a prominent NFL owner openly stated he would cut anyone who kneeled and other owners/gm's have been quoted as saying they wouldn't sign Kaep because he's "Unamerican"
You're either for free speech or your not. Which is it?
What the hell does this have to do with 'free speech?" - if an employee offends a significant part of your customer base, you get rid of them. Nobody is forced to keep anyone employed for any reason.
Pick your favorite progressive organization - say Planned Parenthood - how long would an employee at any level stay employed if they wore a MAGA hat at their workplace? or worse still, a Pro-Life hat.
So shut up about 'free speech' in this silly instance - and the thread is not even about that to begin with.
deflection deflection deflection

they want censorship over the free flow of information/debate. it's just easier/more efficient to say they want to suppress free speech

Denying that he said it? Who is doing that?
We're saying that it isn't a red line. And no one would be calling it one had Obama not shite the bed in Syria. Now liberals will chirp everytime a republican rattles the proverbial sabre and my overseas travel plans get torpedoed.

Your pov is hilarious to me because not only did the guy get cut from SF (the most liberal city in the us), but the nfl in general is liberal af. These are the same people that propped up Michael Sam and blocked rush Limbaugh from joining an ownership group.
Kap isn't playing because he sucks at football.

last year he completed 59% of his passes on 311 attempts for 16 TDs and 4 INTs and a 90.7 passer rating.
That objectively is more than good enough to be on a roster.
There is no legitimate football reason for him to not be employed.

I'm wasting my breath with you, but there is a big difference between philosophical statements about national defense and specific, wartime benchmarks for military action. Your logic would suggest that virtually half the shite Reagan said as president was a "red line". Truman's entire presidency was a red line. Hell, much of Hillary's Russia rhetoric would be considered a red line. Obama was always careful with his words post Syria, but he'd often use Rice to make these types of statements in regard to NK. Those were never called red lines.. odd.
Besides, "red line" is the media's new favorite buzz phrase. They've been wearing it out regarding sessions and Mueller recently.
Rhetoric isn't a declaration of war. Red lines are unambiguous, highly specific thresholds for military action that are planned in advance of conflict. What trump is doing is signaling china and Japan to our intentions in the region. No one in the military seems to be confused about this, just liberals and Lindsay Graham.

There were 25 qbs in the NFL last tear with more pass attempts and better comp% than kap. There were 10 more qbs drafted this year that teams are invested in. He also has a specific skill set that doesn't fit well in many nfl offenses.
He's not playing because he's not good enough.

You are a fricking liar.
You know damn well that none of the words in NK's official communique constituted a legal threat under the law of any jurisdiction.
You are a lawyer, right? So you are either too stupid to know what a threat is or you are a liar.
Which is it?

there are many ways to describe it and the media randomly decided (without discussing it apparently) to come out and use a term specifically linked to Obama after he literally used the term "red line". why did every media outlet in unison choose this specific way to describe a meme with a ton of descriptions?
call it a line in the sand or some shite and nobody would give half a shite

uh let me just remind everyone that NFL stands for "No Fun League" and they have strict regulations on sock length and wouldn't even let Peyton Manning wear black shoes to honor Johnny Unitas. of course the NFL is a highly restrictive environment. they've never claimed not to be
that still doesn't come close to creating a "blackball" scenario with Kap, which would require a coordinated collusion among all 32 franchises in the NFl. there isn't even the necessary data to begin to legitimately loft this allegation AND if there was, the NFLPA would be taking actions.
the simple fact that no NFL team runs the single type of offense Kap can run should end the argument. same shite happened to Tebow

So what is the quote Trump said that actually established this red line? What did Trump say he would do exactly if the line was crossed?
Did he opine a specific solution if the line was crossed? I only see innuendos by Trump and nothing specific.
