Just got our future RT and with the way our tackles get hurt every year, he'll see playing time.
Smart, safe pick. Not sexy, but solid.

our Right Tackle is 34 years old. It's a fantastic pick.

I don't hate it.
Bummer we didn't help our defense with that pick...but I guess it's better than reaching.

Agreed. Streif is 57. Great pick.

Another player with injury concerns, wouldn't expect anything else from this front office/staff.

I actually called this the other day if he was there wet got best OT and best CB in this draft

From D3 to 1st round. That's the most Saints pick possible.

Great value pick. Armstead misses a few games, you can slide him in at LT and the rest of the OL can stay at their position. And when it comes time for Strief to move on, you have a 1st round talent to replace him with.
Smart pick.
Smart pick.

This is yet another tragic draft night for our Saints the silver lining is that this group of morons have just moved closer to being history.

Yep

Went from A+ to WTF in a matter of seconds. Big picture, its still A+. Gotta build for the future, Strief's biggest issue is his WTF games and lack of run blocking. Ramczyk is a freaking mauler...
issue is, you knew watt or foster were it...OL needy teams (GB and seattle) said nah and moved back. so maddening.

Lattimore was exactly who i wanted at 11. I would have liked for Taco to fall to 32 other than that love this draft.

Saints ended 1st round with depending on who you trust:
#4 OA player, #1 CB
#13 OA player, #1 OT
The fun is watching the melt.
