Bass - watermelon seed yum dinger has caught me more (and bigger) fish over past couple years than I have ever caught in my life. But still, I will fish all day for one good bite on a black Spro Bronzeye.

Perch- Live green baby praying mantis, free-lined, hooked through the nose with a 6/0 red circle hook
Sac-au-lait- 1 oz Road Runner jig. Watermelon/red flake
Specks- 1/8 oz strike king Pro-Buzz mini buzzbait
Red fish- hotdog weiners carolina rigged. the red ones with all the dye in them work best.
