I'm not talking about abusing animals. I'm talking about government funded vet care massive government "no kill shelters" etc. Some of y'all will think I'm joking, but the key ingredient is already there.....emotion

False. PETA has been around forever and everyone hates them.

I'm in the camp that can see pedophile rights being a hot ticket item in the next 10 years.

I would be all for taking away some of the welfare money and putting it towards no kill shelters

That's kinda nuts because it's so impractical. If we're talking stray cats/dogs/etc., it's really a lost cause to try and "save" them because there's so damn many. Yeah it's kind of sad when you have the commercials with the sad songs, but that's nature.

frick, does this mean dogs are going to start wanting to marry cats?

This can't be allowed.

Nah. Politicians who even try to attempt to make the laws less strict bc of the horror stories you see in the news get absolutely crushed in reelection. It's political suicide.

I think in 10 years there will be a push by the left for animal voting rights.

Yea it's not those commercials that affect me personally. Like you said, it's nature. But recently shite has been popping up on my FB about what those animals in China and stuff do to those dogs and cats. That shite is hard to watch

Cartoons like tom and jerry will be shamed and banned for perpetuating stereotypes

maybe a little longer. once we can grow meat in a lab to make slaughterhouses unnecessary, then it'll start growing as an issue.

And I might have been to aggressive with 5-10 years. 10-20 is more realistic

Gay rights was the same way during the AIDS crisis. Now look where they are. It's political suicide if you don't support gay rights. I've seen the seeds of the pedophile rights movement. It ain't pretty, and there are some very wealthy people that would like to come out in the open as pedophiles and would pay to support that movement

False, we eat a ton of animals daily. We literally eat them.

I think more dogs should be killed. Dogs are better off dead than living their life cooped up in a dog pound or wandering around flea bitten and starving. Expand kill shelters.

No.

The "trans-abled" will be the next group of victims that need to be glorified and have special laws. After that possibly pedos.
