Got to be one of the north LA ones, right?

Tensas- lowest population for a parish at 4,972.

I know the answer to this but I can't think of its name.

One of the coolest, most laid back parishes in the state.

Everyone of them not named Orleans

I was going to talk shite about how poor Morehouse Parish is and that the roads suck, but the waterfowl hunting makes it one of the most relevant parishes in the State.
Allen Parish is my final answer.

Tensas

Maybe. I was probably going to say Morehouse, too. Or Union, maybe.

Tensas and East Carrol come to mind.
Cameron parish has the second lowest population, but it is somewhat culturally relevant compared to the others.

Well considering Centurylink is the biggest company in the state, you can leave Ouachita out of this discussion.

Going with just a quick gut reaction here but whatever parish Zwolle or Dry Prong are in has to be way up there.

Surprised nobody has listed Livingston yet.

Yeah, I've been there. We may have stole their land, but they are taking it back $5 at a time.
Seriously though, Oberlin as the Parish seat? I think Hornbeck, LA may be bigger than Oberlin.
