I need a step right in guy ready to sell/estimate/manage

Lot of bull shite in this thread. Lol.
07 CM Graduate. I've spent 10 years in commercial construction, last 7 in Project Management. Salary ranges mid $40k on graduation to $80ish with 10 years. There are no commercial GCs paying $100k + in BR.
Nah, all construction PMs are loaded. Most are actually wealthy despite the median incomes in south lousiana

What about a residential PM. Say managing all projects for a small company doing 4-5mm/yr top line.

Well nvm, all my experience is in oil and gas as a field engineer and currently consulting as a process/facility engineer in upstream production.

Jesus christ, saw your job listing
If I had any experience I would be beating your door down to give you a reach around or something.
You are offering to set someone for life.

all I get is resumes from oil and gas technicians and turner/Shaw/etc staff engineers
everyone's busy right now in commercial so its understandable but I'm turning down work because I can't do all this myself
we are busier than I have ever seen
the flood is part of it but for all it's faults business in BR is booming

with or w/o PMP?
When I see PMP on a resume I assume they don't know shite and have never paid $1 more for it. You do realize a secretary can take that course and get "certified"?

I don't have a pmp, nor a resume updated since 1997. It's going to take while to detail the sales and project experience. You cover resume building costs?
