Why are there miserable losers in every thread like this who immediately say fake no matter what? It's like they are jealous

No one is jealous. Maybe they just aren't as gullible as you. It's unheard of for a first time DWI offender to have to blow into a breathalyzer AT HOME 3 TIMES A DAY;therefore people are gonna question if his story is legit or not. I'd say probably not. Dude probably isn't even married.

Did I miss where the OP said this was her only DUI? In the OP he said she got a DUI in may but not that it was her first. I'm also pretty sure he alluded that their kid was in the car at the time of the DUI.

If you're driving drunk with your kid in your car you need a little time in jail and a lot of rehab. That's fricked up to endanger your child.

I worked at a restaurant in high school and brought a to-go order out to a car and this trashy a-hole was drinking a beer in the drivers seat with the car running and his 2-3 year old twins jumping around in the car with no car seats for them. I took his cash inside to "make change" and called the cops and waited for them to come pick up this a-hole. I wouldn't have done it if he was by himself, but he didn't have car seats for his kids and he had no back seat so they were jumping around in the front. I couldn't sit back and possibly have him get in a wreck and the kids get ejected through the windshield

Why do people doubt these stories? When you have some time, go sit in criminal court in your local parish and pay attention. You'll understand that people do all manner of stupid shite.

It was her first but she was two times the legal limit and ran into the back of another car, no one was injured thank goodness.

A condition of her bond (set by the judge) was zero alcohol, to monitor this she was required to blow in an in home breathalyzer but kept having fails and excuses. The judge told her one more time and you will be locked up. Of course she failed again and he followed through with his promise.

Judges are funny like that. They tend to follow up on promises.

Zero alcohol, she can't drink at home, in the car, at the pool, at church no where
Not in the rain, or on a train. Not in a house or with a mouse. She cannot drink her alcohol. She cannot drink whiskey at all.

She should be at every game if she doesn't have a job. She should also be at every practice and cleaning the house and making dinner every day instead of sitting at home chugging Smirnoff.

Tell me again, what are this broad's redeeming qualities?

Also... 14 pages, nice troll.

same redeeming qualities as most other spouses...you have to forfeit more than half of your shite to get rid of them.

I hope she learns her lesson and gets some help for her problem. Chemical dependency is no laughing matter. She is self medicating because of an underlying issue.

Time to find a new mother figure for your son. What a critical age for him to have to come to grips with something like this.

Honestly, I have found this whole thread to be entertaining.

I know this has to be embarrassing as hell for you and your boy and I am sorry that you have to deal with that. Hopefully, this will be a wakeup call for your wife to get the help that she needs, as it sounds like she is going down a pretty bad road....

hang in there, man...one day you will laugh at all of this shite.
