As hypocritical as these people are, I support their freedom to choose who they want to serve.

I don't think anyone here has even hinted that the coffee shop should be "forced" to serve Trump voters.

I of course don't think they should be forced either, but I also respect the right of everyone to make fun of them and try to destroy their business through social media. The left has certainly tried to demonize and destroy the livelihoods of plenty who oppose their views.

Yea but leave it to our board liberals to not understand that mocking a stupid decision and the hypocrisy isn't saying something shouldn't be allowed. I believe business should be able to discriminate however they feel. It's a quick way to go out of business

An upper decker is more subtle in that it is harder to nail down who did it than straight pissing on the floor.

Pagoda Cafe in New Orleans has essentially the same sign. I had a friend simply smirk at it. The women next to him in line saw him and absolutely berated him and called him a fascist and that he wasn't welcome there. The irony wasn't lost on him.

Shouldn't be a problem unless the restaurant also bakes cakes...

A bright yellow, handmade sign posted on the restaurant's front glass door declares: “If you voted for Trump you cannot eat here! No Nazis.”

Oh, the irony. Some people are just plain stupid.

Well, we did sorta take their islands. I imagine that didn't make us "super friend number one!" in their eyes.

No issue with this just like I didn't have an issue with the bakers... A private business should have the right to refuse service to whomever they want. Let the free market sort things out.

However, there is hypocrisy from both sides of the aisle on this. The left defending it when they were against the bakers and then the right demonizing this, when they were for the bakers. More of the blame is on the left for starting this bullshite of being ok forcing people to serve those they don't agree with.

I agree with everything here, except for the fact that the group on the left actually was able to destroy a family over it. So far the right has just bitched about it. The Progs actually got revenge via monetary punishment.

As much as I agree with this statement, I find it ironic that the left has suddenly discovered freedom of association. Isn't it strange?

I like it when businesses tell me up front they don't want my money.
