I thought it sucked. There was so many good ways they out have gone with it - Trump being shocked he won, arch conservatives getting ideas with Pence so close to the power, etc.
Plus, she wasn't a very good singer.

Dave was great but everything else was lame.
The opening with McKinnon was fricking awful. That's what you start the show with? fricking booooo
You had two good sketches and a great joke about the minority senators by Colin Jost and that's it.

That was a tasteful way to start the show from Kate and Dave and the amount of down votes in here is downright baffling.
