The most noticeable change for most Americans, however, is the removal of the five-decade ban on importing Cuban rum and cigars. The Obama administration partially lifted that ban already, allowing Americans traveling directly to Cuba to come back home with up to $100 in rum and cigars in their carry-on luggage. Now, that monetary restriction is removed and U.S. citizens can come back with as much tobacco and alcohol made in Cuba in their checked baggage.

Cuban cigars are overrated. Only reason they were a big deal was because you weren't supposed to have them.

That's about the one good decision Obama admin has made in this second term. He had a fairly effective first term but this 2nd term was as bad as either of W's.

Moo Moo knows what hes talking about. Not saying Cuban cigars aren't good, just that they aren't as good as some claim.

Yuengling beer is just like Pokémon Go to me. One day I had never even heard of this stuff. The next, everyone on Facebook is posting about it and I see it everywhere.

Was this in like 2003 or did Yuengling just pick up a distributor in Louisiana or something?

There are a lot of great non-Cubans out there, but I'd put a Behike, Siglo VI, or a Montecristo #2 up against just about anything. Behike in particular.

I wouldn't say they're overrated because they're great cigars, but imo, Davidoff's are just as good.
