Why is putting ketchup on a hotdog considered "childish"?

I think its hilarious that people turn their nose up at putting ketchup on there chicken, pork, turkey scrap blend.

At the least I have to have ketchup and mustard on my hotdog. My ultimate hotdog has ketchup, mustard, chili, shredded cheddar (under chili) and sweet relish
