Just ate 4 totally raw chicken nuggets, how long do I have?

Threw six in the microwave out a bag the wife bought from Walmart. As I am shoving the 5th one in my mouth, I read on the bag "Raw, ready to be cooked". They were in the microwave for about 45 seconds and tasted like shite. So long cruel world.

cooking directions are just there for the food board-types...embrace your inner man...get up and take a big swig of barbecue sauce directly from the bottle to wash it all down with and you will be fine.
