Hotel Bentley is kinda cool. The town peaked a long time ago, along with a lot of other towns that size.

You can take 190 and go by bourqes grocery store on the way to Baton Rouge.

I grew up there before moving to Baton Rouge. It's a nice little town, good place to raise a family. But there are very limited things to do compared to BR and Laffy.

Some of the good places:

BJs Pizza
The Cottage
Critics Choice
Hokus Pokus liquor
The Bentley
Finnegans Wake
Oriental Wok
The zoo is decent
Swamp Daddy's Crawfish - better than Sammys or Tony's in BR

There's a local theatre company called Lagniappe that does great shows.
