I've been saying this for years. Nobody has ever been that fast, with that explosiveness, and that change of direction at that size. I use to think he could have been the best TE, WR, or DE who ever played if he had dedicated himself early.

And I used to swing from his nuts like nobody's business. But I pretty much can't stand him now. He has his head so far up his own a-hole, it's nauseating. I heard a clip today and it was nothing but "I" "I", "my home court," not one "we" or "our." And it's just so ungenuine. You can tell he doesn't even believe his own bullshite, but he's so insecure that he has to say it to try to convince himself.

He's weak. He showed it in the Celtics series one year, but then it was obvious as he totally went ghost in the Finals that first season against the Mavs. He's a great, great basketball player--one of the best 5 or so who ever lived. I still (somewhat begrudgingly) pull for him--I've been on that train too long to bail now. And I still think he's the best athlete who ever lived. But I don't think he has the mental makeup to have played in the NFL.

The RB from Georgia who wore #34 was pretty damn good. Perhaps you should talk to your old man and ask him why didn't he nail your maw in the back seat of that Oldsmobile sooner. That way, you could have seen him play

Coming from an Auburn fan, this means a lot. I've long considered Bo to be hands down the best athlete to walk the Earth. But Lebron sees Bo's athleticism & raises him 6 inches & 30 lbs. Anybody that can't see this rudiculousness has no idea WTF they're looking at.

And I don't want to take anything away from Bo, but its just undeniable

It takes heart to be the best athlete ever...not just size and skill.

NO. Is he up there sure.

Dion Sanders played two Major League Sports

Shaq in his day was crazy athletic and he is 7' and 300lbs

Bo Jackson has already been said, Hershal Walker was ok.

Dave Winfield had offers from all three major sports and he chose MBL

Ted Williams went to war twice - He first enlisted in the Navy to serve in World War II in 1942 and did not return to baseball until 1946. Then, at the age of 34, he was recalled to active duty in the Korean War. This time he served as a pilot in the Marines and received an "Air Medal" for a heroic act in battle.

That's actually a reasonable statement.

Most teenagers are not aware of Jesse Owens. Mite want to check him out. Does the name Jim Brown ring a bell? And FWIW, neither of those legends called themselves The King.

Herschel Walker instantly comes to mind as a better athlete than Lebron...maybe even right now in his old age.
