I’m stiff too. Barbell squats suck arse for me. Not due to the weight, just comfortably positioning the bar on my back and holding it. Bitch arse wrists

My body knew what was coming, and the untouchable headache started last night.

What are you looking to get out of the product?
Fat burners are largely bullshite. Strong stimulants that make you hot and curb your appetite some, but they're not going to magically burn fat. Only a caloric deficit does that.

Just need to lose some weight I’ve put on this winter. I have a really really really difficult time eating right. I do a bunch of cardio but I basically throw it out the window with how unhealthy I eat.

You should track your macros/calories. It's a bit tedious and an adjustment at first, but the control you can gain over your diet is enormous.

What am I looking at there?
Day 1 of Keto went well. Steak & asparagus for lunch; grilled fish & roasted broccoli for dinner. I have a headache I can’t shake, but it’s unrelated to the diet. I miss carbs, but I’m reminding myself that I’ll feel better in a few days.

Day 2 (where the rubber starts to meet the road)
Day 1 is usually pretty easy. Yesterday I had water, coffee, and a salad with some seared tuna for dinner. I ate half of it and threw the rest in the yard for the dog. Couldn’t even finish it. Maybe my stomach shrank. Or shrunk. Shrunked. It’s shrunken.

Been on Keto (some cheating here and there) since January 8th, down 19 pounds so far, from 259 to 240, plan to try to start some exercising soon.
