Magnesium, potassium, and sodium. Use salt on your food, and Morton no-salt will help you get potassium.

Day 5 in the books. No Cheats... I Agree the fog has lifted. I have renewed energy and Focus. Hell I bounced Out of bed at 5:45 this am.

Day 6 is LIT fam. I smoked an 8 lb pork Shoulder I'm eating all Week plus a couple lbs of skirt steak for salads. I feel Invincible.

Who else is running the crescent city classic? I don't like running, but I'm trying to fill my calendar with shite to do in March.

I've run a few 5ks in my day, but never a 10k.

Good luck! I know a lot of people doing it, but I'm not.

I did finally win a freaking tennis match this season. Yay! My partner & I played well. It felt super good to win because we played well, not because the opponents sucked (though that would have been welcome, too).

Did ya have any symptoms of withdrawals from dem sugars? I was light headed a little at one point and had a few mild palpitations, but not that big of a deal. I’ve had worse withdrawals from things I like in the Quad.
