Would be cool to get some of busbeepbeep's keto posts stickied at the top of the thread or linked in the OP.

I'm so excited that this is back. I'm all for helping the guys of the TD become slim and trim so they can go bang those OT 9.5s.

This past weekend was a birthday weekend for me...I ate and drank and just didn't concern myself with staying keto....it's back on the train today IF until 12 or 1. Then keto pain train.I'm still stuck at 183-184 after reaching a low of 182 a couple weeks back. Not really gaining but not losing. Have lost a fee inches on the waist tho. I'm 4 belt loop holes skinnier than when I started at 197 the first week of lent.

I'll keep updating as we go. I'll link some more when I have a chance to go through the old thread. I think lsu777 had some workout plans in there too, I want to add that.

The through the weekend part is key. I'll be in ketosis by Wednesday morning at the latest. Those extra 3 days in ketosis make a huge difference. The goal is to go through the weekend this week. I need to see the 170s by summer.

I'm down 32lbs since Jan. going all Keto. Do you IF daily as well, or just use it to "kick start"? I've been interested in trying IF, but not sure what my energy levels would be like for my lifting days.

all the greyskull programs are available on my drive.

I would like to see a list of recommended programs in the OP

Starting Strength
Strong Lifts
Greyskull
Wendler 5/3/1
Bigger, Leaner, Stronger
Reverse Pyramid Training
Push, Pull, Legs

Pretty much all I can think of right now as others like Madcow, Texas Method and other strength programs are logical progressions from the others listed. And the other more advanced programs like DC Training, Fortitude Training, Max-OT and Phat are a little more advanced programs imo.

Also a link to the

IIFYM Calc
IF Calc or leangains calc

Should be it for regular recommendations.

Ok, I think I got all that in correctly. I'll be adding some diet information of various diets. I know a lot of us Ketards, but I will include some other forms and variations as well.
