Most people who claim to be 6 foot tall are really 5'10" anyway so why does it hurt to add it two inches?

It may seem that way but at 6'1" I am taller than most I see. Let me share some wisdom with you however ; about online dating though. It is a waste of your time as a man. Online dating only serves as an ego stroke to the woman really , and that's at its best. I suspect that it is allowing women out there that are 2's or 3's to think they have a shot at dating men who are 7's or 8's. Real life meet up or forget it IMHO.

I'm actually a hair over 5'11". I usually put 5'11" on things as I don't want to get caught pretending I'm 6'. It does suck to not be able to say I'm 6' though it's such a huge difference in people's minds.

5'10 here. I can understand a taller woman (5'8-5'9) wanting to date someone that's 6'2+. There's a sense of security there. If that's their preference, so be it. Nobody should get their panties in a wad over a girl turning them down because of their height. Just be a man, move on and find someone who is interested.

I don't date women who are taller than me because it's weird as hell. I just don't find taller women attractive. That doesn't make me an a-hole. It's just a preference. Everyone has them.
