You will be arrested as soon as you cross the parish line.

While I'm not a big fan of Houma persay. Growing up in the Nola metro area I find thibodaux very quaint.

What did you post?

Its quasi-desolate north of Johnson but blowing up south of Kaliste Saloom!

One rundown house makes a city of 130k desolate now?
No but a trend of multiple months in a row of houses going into foreclosure does. I made a thread about it on the MB a while back. The numbers have only gotten slightly better for Laffy since I made that thread.
quote:
Some 43,358 properties started the foreclosure process in September, the lowest level since November 2005.
States bucking the national trend with the biggest increase in foreclosure starts in September compared to a year ago included Louisiana (up 468%), Missouri (up 131%), Virginia (up 70%), Massachusetts (up 60%), and Texas (up 21%).
That 468% was pretty much tied to Lafayette FWIW.
My thread

Quaint? That's kind. Thibby/Houma are still light years behind. I mean, they're good for what they are, but cmon man.
