Good thing Miles is concentrating on the team.

I hope he goes 0-12 in his first season in the big 10. I've been a supporter all along but if he talks to Michigan the week of the SEC championship that is really weak.

LSU fans cannot have it both ways. You either want to get hsi over with or not. The later Michigan has to wait to talk to him the more jeopardy it puts us in as to recruiting and possible replacements.

yeah, I can't really see us showering miles with tons of money to compete with michigan to keep him. I could be wrong though.

I certainly don't believe that Pelini would be in the mix to succeed Miles.

I can't wait till someone ask Saban in a news conference about the job. It will be classic haha. But he will come back he can't resist LSU. Sucks for all you Miles lovers he's GONE.

Me neither. I would think we would go after a proven winner at head coach if Miles were to leave.

Especially if we lose the SEC championship against a hot, but talent-lacking Tennessee team. WE NEED REVENGE FOR 2005.

Ahh, screw that. I'd rather do it now, or don't do it at all. If he were to wait till after this week, people would be screaming like girls that he's doing it right before the bowl game. If he did it after the bowl game then people would be screaming that he's hurting our recruiting, and took so long to get over with it. Quit the whining.

I think it would depend on who they thought they could get in the event he left.

If Spurrier and Del Rio both talk with LSU people and state they will come, they may let Les go without an effort to keep him.

This all come up today so Mich can talk to les for the first time(wink, wink) on sunday and have him sign a contract which they just happen to have on hand(wink, wink). Thus on Monday he is introduced as Mich HC! Not real rocket science here at all!

LSU will have its own meeting with Miles next week to make its pitch to keep Miles. Sources say Miles will be offered a sweetened deal.
