You must interview a minority and that is Turner Gill.

I didn't know that LSU came out and said they didn't want him to be the DC. I just thought it was the dumbass fans on message boards who have the luxury of calling their defensive plays after they see his fail.

No, it's just the dumbass fans who respond to dumbass posters that haven't realized not only do we not have the nation's best defense, but we don't have the conference's best defense either. And until dumbass DC's stop job shopping and dumbass posters stop trying to call out dumbass fans for stating the ever increasing obvious, dumbass posters like you will continue to walk around in Mary Poppin's land and ignore the call to wake the f^ck up.

osborne is tired of the search and has decided it is easier to coach. He will be on the sidelines next year

Just my opinion, but i think Grobe or Johnson gets it. While BP and TG understand "husker culture" - whatever that means - Grobe and Johnson are proven winners in a style of football that mirrors Osborne's.

I agree with you 100%, with my opinion being Johnson being the more proven candidate, given his resume of work at Georgia Southern and Navy.

Grobe...good coach, obviously, but I'm not so sure about his sustained success. Wake was much improved last year, obviously, but at the same time the ACC pretty much blew *ss last year (and this year, as well).

Not long ago, I came across a really old Sports Illustrated. So old it had Danny Wurfell on the cover in a Gator's uniform.

They had this big article on how Osborne defended his players who were arrested, etc. The picture they had of him looked like death warmed over. He looks much relaxed now. I'm kind of surprised he's even back as AD.

One of the better rumors getting around NU is that It's Bo, but Osborne will wait until after you kick Tenn. arse in the championship game to announce. Osborne is going recuiting Thursday and Friday, so he must have some time to kill before sunday morning. If it were Gill, why wait? We would have heard something by now.

Lawrence Phillips will be named the next HC at Nebraska. Osborne loved him.

jd I don't think you should buy the BP coaching garb just yet.

Also I hope the Tigers kick the sh88 out of the Vols. Haven't like them since the Huskers did it back in the day.
