I was at the parade and thought repeatedly that the "humor" on the floats was sophomoric and pretty lame.

sadly I think this philosophy is gone forever. Everyone is programmed to look for something offensive- even if they aren't themselves PC. We've all been so brow-beaten, that we subconsciously look for something wrong with every act we witness. Sucks because life was so much more enjoyable when people didn't care as much.

This shite has gotten downright ridiculous.
The fact that whoever wrote this compared mocking the Black Lives Matter "movement" to mocking American Soldiers tells one all they need to know.
And the quicker they stop using Trayvon, Mike Brown and Eric Garner as poster boys for their "causes," the better off they'll be. When those are the only 3 guys that you can hitch your wagon to, you don't have a cause to begin with- unless of course, you're advocating of how NOT to act around police.

I believe that is a misquote anyway. Pretty sure he said "Blessed are the cheesemakers." Which is not meant to be taken literally. It refers to any manufacturers of dairy products.
