On a side bar, are Jedi implemented on that server?
No Jedi yet. The Village is currently being tested on NOVA which is the test server.
Population right now is 900-1200 at any given time but you can have two characters on at once. At it's peak it was over 2K characters. I expect a lot of people to come back when the Village is implemented.

Greatest MMO ever any other Chilastra players?

Look me up when you're in game. Our guild runs the galaxy for the most part.
BE crafting coding is what's insane and the developers have little info to go on. They're doing a great job.
IGN I'm on the most is Curios.

When I go home this weekend I am going to have to look for these discs. I bought it when it first came out but I had zero MMO experience and did not take to the game. Pretty sure I still have them as I rarely throw Star Wars stuff away.

quote:Will do. May be a while though due to delivery time on the game. I'll likely be on under Kodar unless it is taken. Then I will probably use some variation there of.

I was a first 3 Jedi on Kettemoor and a day 1 player. No game comes close to the crafting system and community as that game had. An EMU server will never be more than nostalgic unless a 1/4 million people come to play, the community is what drove that game.
I loved the big Theed PVP slugfests. I loved that weapons and armor broke down over time so you didn't just give someone a few credits to repair it constantly after getting end game stuff. I loved that there were no pre-assigned classes and you could just change your character at the drop of a hat.

I really do not understand why no North American MMO has attempted to copy/improve the sandbox MMO.
Because players have voted with their dollars that they much rather theme park MMO's

Yes. Bio Engineering. Making pets for creature handlers and mounts as well and bio additives for chefs and clothing I believe. I just make pets.

Same here. I was master TK and master Rifleman. Started out as Commando, but it was terrible. Spent so many hours on that game.

I did Master Swordsman, Master Pikeman, Master Brawler, some TK for the meditate and some medic for the right stim packs. I think I fit in some force sensitive for melee speed too.
Intrepid Server
I exclusively hunted big game like krayts and night sister elders, etc for the loot and I would sell that stuff for income on the forums. Skill tapes, krayt pearls, acklay bones, etc.
I played the SWGemu like 2-3 years ago and it was coming along nicely. Might need to dive in again and check it out.

Was my favorite MMO by far. Pre-CU was a thing of beauty.
My first Elite tier Master was Bounty Hunter. Managed to kill a few OG Jedi with help.
I know I mastered most Combat Classes at some point when macro doctor buffing started being very popular. As it made it pretty fast to grind.
I was for sure a master TK, Rifleman, Swordsmen, Pistoleer, Smuggler, Pikeman, Carbineer, at some point.
TK, Fencer, and Rifleman were pretty OP.

Same here. I was the first Master Armorsmith/Master Weaponsmith combo in one toon on the server. Couldn't kill a durni but I could make some good stuff.
