I've been taking BPC/TB for a few months now. I started daily for about 2 weeks and after that, I usually just inject 2x/week (typically on leg days as my old man knees bother me). Sometimes I'll do a few times a week if anything is feeling wonky.

I can definitely push harder in my workouts and I feel like I need fewer rest days than I used to. Trying to get my wife to start taking it now.
Narrows Labs just started carrying it. I haven't tried it, but they are a reputable SARM manufacturer.
Here is what I currently have:
Lock - Schlage Connect
Outdoor cameras - Ring doorbell and spotlight cams
Garage Door opener - Linear Go Control Zwave
Indoor cameras - Arlo
Individual bulbs - Sengled (though I might move those to other rooms and upgrade living area to Hue)
Wall switch - GE Zwave switch (for patio lights)
Thermostat - Honeywell wifi

Everything is paired with Smartthings
=VLOOKUP(B10,Weights!$A$1:$B$100,2,FALSE)

In this example, B10 would be the weight amount I was trying to hit.
Here's how I do it. I have a sheet called weights that has 3 columns. TotalWeight, Plates, PerSide. TotalWeight is pretty self explanatory. PerSide is (TotalWeight - 45)/2. Plates is my plates to total the PerSide amount. Note: my gym does not have 35s, so you won't see them in mine. Here you go, though.

I just bought Micca's for my surrounds. Building my new entertainment center now and will have my full system set up in a couple of weeks. Can't wait! It's just in the den, though...not a dedicated room. Not the OP...just chiming in.

re: Adding google mesh

The reason for adding the mesh network is that the wifi on my current router is crap. I have an extender and it's still crap. It's not a huge house, but I assume it's due to the walls, etc (and the router can't be moved to a more central location). Signals drop on hand-held devices constantly. Sitting out on the patio, we have to turn wi-fi off entirely.

As I understand (and correct me if i'm wrong) I need to keep the ATT Router...I'd just be replacing the wi-fi, right? So, my Google puck will plug directly into the ATT router. That said, the reason I'm asking the question is because I have things that work across the network (between wired and wireless) that I still need to communicate. For example, I use my phone or ipad (both wireless) to control my stereo or stream from my Plex (both wired), etc. I didn't know if disabling wifi on my ATT Router and using it on Google would technically be a different "network" if kept the hardwired ethernet plugged into the ATT router.

I hope I'm explaining that to where it makes sense.

Adding google mesh

I'm going to add google mesh for my home wifi. ATT is my provider and I currently have a few rooms hard-wired to my ATT router. When I add the google mesh, I know I have to disable the wifi on my ATT router, but do I need a hub or switch for my wired rooms, or should they continue to stay plugged in to the ATT router?
So much this. ECA is far and away better than any :fat burner" you will find in the supplement world. Personally, when I cycle off ECA (or just EC, for me), I replace Ephedra with Yohimbine for a couple weeks.
I'm currently planning out a build on a new entertainment center and will be replacing my towers with some decent bookshelf speakers. I've seen great reviews for the HTD Level 3's but I was curious if anybody here has heard them in person. I'm looking at getting all 3 fronts and will have 2 subs (my existing JBL and getting a Bic Acoustech also) and a pair of Micca MB42X rears. I'm running this with a Denon AVRS730H.
Meal planning has been easier...sticking to said meal plan has been way harder for me, at least.

You specifically referencing the $75 one that says "both male and female order this one" ?

Yes
I use 27g for Sub-Q. No issues drawing or injecting. No backfilling needed.
You can order labs without going through a doctor. You can order a panel though a company called LabsMD and print the order, bring it to any Quest location and get your results emailed to you. A lot of guys run the Hormone Panel for females. It doesn't do the breakdown of Test...just total test, so if you need to know more, you can order another, but it's pretty cheap and shows Estradiol, too. Here is a LINK
What were Estradiol levels? It's not just about Test levels
For TRT doses, I'm on the Sub-Q train. Hopefully you can get your bloods sooner rather than later, but it's been successful for me.
Most SARMS are touted as having fewer side effects compared to AAS. The problem is that there is not a ton of data on these substances yet, so I would question their claims. Additionally, they are much more expensive than most AAS while providing a decreased benefit. And finally, I have read a lot of fake "suppliers" of SARMS are essentially selling cheaper prohormones and labeling them as SARMS. As with anything that can affect your hormones, doing as much research up front, rather than just taking what the big guy at the gym told you is your best bet. Hopefully your buddy did his due diligence, but he likely didn't. It's typically not recommended to ever jump into these sorts of things by taking multiple compounds at once.

TLDR: SARMS can help with you goals, but AAS can do it better and cheaper. "Safety" is debatable, but is determined on how it is used.
I'm sure that barbell is bad arse, but for my money, I'd rather have more options. I bought a CAP barbell and hex bar for cheaper than just that Rogue barbell you're looking at. I've had the barbell for 3 years and the hex for 2 and never had a problem with either. The Rogue is probably better quality, but these work fine for me and allow me to do heavy farmers walks and hex bar deads that don't wreck my lower back.

Issues with internet speed

Posted by MyNameIsInigoMontoya on 2/25/20 at 9:57 am
Can you guys who know much more about this than I do offer some help with this? Initially, I started looking into things because my wifi connection is shite. I have AT&T as a provider, using their standard modem/router and an additional wireless access point. Then as I started messing around with speed test, I got interesting results.
1) work laptop (no VPN, wired connection to hub) 318.6 down, 129.6 up
2) personal pc (connected to the same hub as my work machine) 495.7 down, 159.3 up
3) phone (wifi) 124 down, 148 up

For the wifi solution, should I buy a better router and disable wifi on my ATT router, as I've seen mentioned on here before? What would cause such a difference in the numbers between my 2 hard-wired machines, though?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but this is not my area of expertise.
It's only like Planet Fitness from the pricing perspective. The way they stay in business is that there are a LOT of members that never show up, but at only $10/month, they don't feel they need to cancel their membership either.
