[quote] LSU coach is here for another year. [/quote

Les contract supposed to expire in 2019. That needs to be stated and especially to recruits.

Looks like as long as LSU has money problems on the Academic side LSU will not look to replace Miles.

He has become still another "sacred cow" protected in
the state budget.

If that actually wasn't realized at the beginning of the process, then he is the wrong person for his job. Amazing he would blatantly put out this lie.

That kid laughed at you after you hung up.

That's a slap in the face to CLM. Hope he proves them wrong next year.

I basically ended up at LSU due to football as well (and my major worked well here). This doesn't help our national image at all...

The only person that mentions a possible SEC investigation is the Hayride. And the Bloomberg article he links doesn't mention anything about an SEC investigation.

I'm the only guy I know of this forum that has consisitenly said that the higher ups in LSU, like Alexander and the AD, are weak and gutless "so-called"
leaders...and so onceagain I get to toot my own horn! When will the rest of you guys start thinking outside the box...by the way, I wrote a world class poem years ago called, "The Box"! But probably no one on this site would understand it...lol

yep, were going to vote for legislators based on LSU football...talk about moronic

If you don't understand the complete black eye this has given the university I can't help you. FKA has been a complete disaster on the academic side as well. To be honest this whole administration has poisoned the water to the point no wants to give shite to the University.
I give every year to the academic and athletic side, and will find it hard pressed (to give non mandatory gifts) to do so until both sides can decide how to act in a non-moronic manner.

If it came down to keeping miles for another year or getting rid of the miles apologists for good, I would choose the latter.

Give me a break, nobody will give two cents or a shite about this in a month except the fire Miles diehards. Bill Clinton once said "its the money stupid"....that's never gonna change. Black eye- thats ridiculous.
