the les fans do realize that if this was nothing he wouldn't have addressed the issue. its pure delusion to think its business as usual today

Miles is the best coach in LSU history, and we would be ABSOLUTE FOOLS to get rid of him.

If anything, we should build a statue of him.

This is simply not true. Saban was a better coach. If he stuck around he would have more wins. Miles inherited a great program and kept it on top which he deserved a lot of credit for. He is a very good program manager however as a coach he has many faults.

I wouldn't read to much into this meeting. I'm sure he is just going to tell the players not to pay any attention to media/social media regarding his job status and not get caught up in "winning it for Les", but just to focus on their assignments and execution.

Our rivals already laugh at LSU for having a clown coach. (why do you think they are saying we should keep him?)

Think of the laughter if we actually built a statue to a clown coach.

Haven't been able to do that very well all season long.

Saban tossed him the keys to the Lambo and he sure did not wreck it! Proud of Les for what he has done. If he leaves, many thanks and aprpreciation. If he stays, full support for next season.

people have created an issue and the players are just kids that are hearing things from other fans/students.

it may not be business as usual, but it is not unusual for him to talk to the team about rumors.

yes and espn just decided to air lunch with les today, they thought it would be cool to have a look at the business of a 3 loss team.

It would be extremely odd for something to not happen with all this smoke

Have you been watching any games?? Check the record. It's wrecked and he was only doing 15mph while wrecking it.

He set us back to the Cholly Mc days.

So Miles is going to get fired/resign today at 12:30 and THEN meet with his players? Seems like it would be the other way around, no?

Not at LSU he wasn't. You can just look at the competition each had to face.

Saban had DuBose/Franchione/Shula at Alabama, Tuberville, Cutcliff, Spurrier/Zook. Zero NCs between all those coaches while he was there.

Miles has had to face Saban, Meyer, and Chizik/Malzahn. 7 NCs between those 4 guys.

Bama Saban >>>> Miles > LSU Saban.
