the interesting issue is that last year lsu fans didnt rely on stats at all to support LF because they couldnt. this year, it's all they rely on because now they can.
it's not a big deal and fournette is amazing but i guarantee the same people touting stats had a big issue with that last year when chubb's stats dwarfed fournette's. i dont have a problem with the conclusions, but i dont love switching supporting arguments week to week or year to year based on what supports your conclusion.
and yeah, notice how nobody thought melvin gordon was better than todd gurley even though gordon had better stats?

Comparing Fournette last year vs Fournette this year is beyond ridiculous. If you can't even build an argument without pulling last year's Fournette into it, you're purposefully being deceitful.
