This writer says the choice for the Saints is Kenny Vaccaro.

He raises an interesting question: If you could get rid of one Saints player (and contract), who would it be?

quote:

13. New Orleans Saints - Kenny Vaccaro

Vaccaro is yet another first-round pick who hasn't lived up to the hype. In two full seasons in the league he has only three INTs, while giving up countless big plays on a horrendous Saints defense. The Saints wouldn't have any hard feelings seeing him go so they can start over at the safety position.

i'm not saying they are wrong but he was hampered by injuries, he is youthful and going through growing pains and it would be nice to see what we got with a season under the belt with him playing with a healthy byrd and 2 inspiring corners underneath. Just saying.

Vaccaro has had his fair share of injuries, but when healthy, he is pretty good and with Byrd also healthy, that could be the best safety tandem in the NFL. This so called "journalist" needs to get a clue.

Evans, Hawthorne, colston, and Byrd would be obvious choice if we could get the money back for them. Especially byrd, give me the money to buy a DT and I'll find another FS easy.

That's dumb. Even if he's a below average safety, he's being paid FAR below market value.

After reading the list, holy shite that is terrible. Most of those players are still on their rookie contracts, which means they are cheap labor for all intents and purposes.

vacarro had me eating crow in year one, but has since gone back to being the player I was so pissed about us drafting that night.

Hopkins was there for the fricking taking.

I like Vaccarro & want him to be successful with us but he has got to get out of the club. Republic, are you listening?

What an awful list and writer

He's played solid this year(not perfect albeit) but he's making chump change.

Absurd

That article is idiotic and not just because of the choice of Vaccaro (which is absurd)
