At 20, I pretty much had a semi at all times. Blackout drunk performance would have been no problem. Finishing, on the other hand, quite the whiskey-dicked issue.

TL:DR - Let her be on top. Not rape. Too drunk to be on top? Too drunk for sex.

Also, why is it that for rape accusations people who would normally subscribe to the saying of "better 10 guilty men go free than 1 innocent man be convicted" are suddenly of the mindset of "believe every word the woman says and let men fry?"

You inferred that out of thin air. Dude's dick was apparently working well enough. 20 years old or not, there are limits to human physical performance. Having no actual evidence one way or another, it is more likely that he was not blackout drunk than that he was.
Im basing that on my fraternity formal days. Are you suggesting his ability to get a boner is indicative of his soberness?
I can't tell you how many drunken (and consentual) times my date and I did it, often at her prompting. The only difference between this and that is my long-term girlfriend was always my date.

From Bull Durham-
Annie: Millie, you've got to stay out of the clubhouse. It'll just get everybody in trouble.
Millie: I got lured.
Annie: You didn't get "lured". Women never get lured. They're too strong and powerful for that. Now say it -- "I didn't get lured and I will take responsibility for my actions".
Millie: I didn't get lured and I will take responsibility for my actions.
Annie: That's better. Right, honey, let's get down to it. How was Ebby Calvin LaLoosh?
Millie: Well, he fricks like he pitches. Sorta all over the place.

Did she say no or otherwise indicate non-consent after which he continued the sexual act?
Was she unconscious?
Did he drug her without her knowledge?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then it very well could be rape.
If the answer to all of these questions is no, then it's not rape. Just drunken sex that she now regrets. Just because she got so drunk she can't remember parts of the night, doesn't mean it was rape. That's ridiculous.

The only reason he wouldn't be drunk is if he's the biggest pussy in the world? I'd say that going to a party and having the discipline not to get heavily intoxicated is a pretty good trait to have.
in COLLEGE?

i have definitely been too drunk to remember doing it. why do you think this is impossible/unlikely? obviously if i'm so drunk i can't stand up, it's hard to pitch the tent. but you can be "blackout" and still function. just about anyone who has gone to college has probably done this many times.

Yeah this isn't theory. Like you, I'm a guy with a penis who has done more than his fair share or drinking and boning. I'm 32, so college hookups aren't that damned far in the past, and the rules still pretty much apply in the grown-up world, though obviously we get less sex in our 30s and the women who come home with us aren't curious wilting flowers looking for acceptance in the scene. I can't speak for your body, but enough alcohol to send me in and out of a fugue state is enough to make maintaining an erection difficult, and enough to make the idea of physical exertion somewhat less appealing. Not saying the guy wasn't drunk. I'm saying he probably wasn't so drunk that he couldn't keep the count. Even when I'm drunk it's not hard to spot the people who are obviously much, much drunker than I am.

I tell you what. If I was a single guy, the last thing I'd be doing is taking home random intoxicated girls I couldn't trust. I keep warning my newly single friend to be fricking careful. It is just too with this shite happening.

Actually a lot of schools now have 'yes means yes' policies where in order for the guy to get off the hook, he'll have to prove he got consent prior to sex. AND that she was sober enough to do so. If she got drunk beforehand the school says she can't consent.
It's a brave new world out there.

I'm 32 as well and I can say with absolute certainty I could be way drunker and still send one home then than I can now. That's not even a question.

What the frick? Please sign this contract before we get started. I brought a notary along with me.
Maybe this is why there are so many sex tapes now. Sorry babe, I have to film this for proof I didn't rape you.

Sounds great on the surface, but that is a slippery fricking slope.
People need to realize that "slippery slope" is a logical fallacy and isn't valid argument for or against a proposition.
The fact that you said "it's a slippery slope" means you pointed out that your entire argument after that deceleration is a logical fallacy.
