I would remember him around Christmas time when you tip the rest of your service providers. Toss him a cool fifty dollar bill and call it a day. I understand the idea of wanting control of your yard, but it's hard to find kids like him these days. Take advantage of his availability, and reward him for the effort and competence.

Good story..it shows that even people with mental handicaps can contribute to society even though there are so many government leaches out there who are capable to work but choose not to.

The day we closed on the house, we met the previous owners at the house for some wine and cheese. He wanted to discuss things like the sprinkler system and the two air units. Normal stuff.

I remember when I popped my house selling cherry. Turned out the new owners were assholes.

Screw that pass-on shite.

personally, i liked to mow my own yard, when i had one. Mow, weedeat and blow. But for $20, even a cheap bastard like me would be hard pressed to say no.

$20 is literally about 1/2 price of a normal lawn service for a normal size lawn. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Well you're both on the same level and he senses it also. Sounds like a match made in heaven.

The kid just started another thread where he talks about the retarded home owner who intentionally pays him $20 per cut and unintentionally pays him $40 in siphoned gas each time.
