Coach didn't name Harris the starter. He said he's getting the first snaps and said he's open to playing Jennings too. He seems to be very deliberate in avoiding saying that Harris is his starting quarterback.

I said this few weeks ago that this was already decided few weeks ago in my thread it this will be decided by 8/30 he will be the starter.
