What is one thing you would tell your 25 year old self?

New to tigerdroppings and wanted to say hello. I enjoy listening to people(older typically) talk about the past so I figured I would ask this question. If you are younger use 18.
I am older than 25, and I was not a traditional student. With that said, I would tell myself not to settle for the first job out of college. To be patient.

Don't make your Dick a slave out of you. At 25 no kids, at 32 I had the 3 I have. While I wouldn't change having my kids, I would have saved money better along the way.

I would tell my 25 yr old self just one thing. In 2003, don't buy the house in Lakeview, go to Metairie instead. Then you can move to Orleans after 2005.
