Definition of murder: the unlawful premeditated killing of one human being by another.
1.) I doubt there was any premeditation.
2.) I would call it justice, but it sounds like the bitch is still alive. He should have killed both of them.

Though he obviously didn't deserve to die, you can't go screwing around with a married woman in their house and be surprised if something like that happens.
