Red, you'd hardly ever have to pay for anything ever again. You're in every single sporting event you want. It may be a bit tricky but you can fly for free so long as you find a little corner to stand in where nobody will bump into you. Not that I would advocate for this, but you can essentially eat any meal you want for free.
Although it would be cool to hear other's thoughts. Also could be scary, what if people are talking crap

I'd go with yellow, but there could be some things that you wouldn't want to hear.

Probably yellow, assuming it'd be coherent and understandable. Most people don't "think" in articulate, narratives like in the Mel Gibson movie.

The healing could be exploited for profit very easily.
Of the ones that would be useful for stealing money, the shapeshifting would be best assuming very small things were an option. The invisibility and phasing could more easily discovered and punished IMO.

Explain this to me. What would you shapeshift into to steal money? Even you pretend you're a pen or something and get your way into a bank, you're still gonna have to somehow carry all the money out.
Which, btw, if you're wanting to steal stuff the whole "being invisible" thing seems like it'd be far easier.
