Jambalaya - dont put enough sausasge in it. I hate getting a bowl full of rice with one piece of sausage.

Smothered anything with no trinity - i just wont eat it (maybe im being a little picky with this)

Thick arse grits - i hate grits that are the consistency of mashed potatoes. The perfect grits are fluid and creamy.

Any mac and cheese thats not made with real cheese. Again, i wont eat it.

there's a post on /r/food of a jambalaya and the only seasoning he put in it was Tonys and a shot of la hot sauce. I threw up a little.

I'm the weirdo who eats around the sausage.

Marinate a perfectly good steak.

Overcook chicken.

Undercook fish.

Serve it after at room temperature.

Black curly hair in it.

I eat around the chicken, opposite of LL. We could make an exchange.

Steak that's gray on the outside rather than seared and crusty.

Overcooked pork ribs that aren't even still attached to the bone or barely attached.

Gumbo with the consistency of stew.

Oysters fried in flour or anything other than seasoned cornmeal.

Gumbo with overcooked seafood.

Previously frozen crabmeat.

Over cooked anything annoys me.

I hate when people serve burgers or fajitas or something, and doesn't put out enough fixins...or at least fixins that I like, like cheese.

Add way too much salt. Too much can destroy something you worked hours on.

I try to use it sparingly.

I eat most proteins with the exception of chicken at slightly "under" temp. It's just a preference. It might kill me one day, but until then I'll prefer it and enjoy it.

So overcooking it is just criminal for me.
