Now that we're out of major bowl contention, let the Harris PLAY... Don't give excuse's about QB development. What development??? There has not been any play making ability from Miss St to Arky games.. I love AJ, but he's not a leader and his QB talent has, most def, been questioned all year. Skills have to be available in order to develop. Give Harris the game experience NOW, so he can lead us into the Championship next year. The kid gives our offense the BEST chance of being successful. HE will be the difference maker.. Geaux Tigers..!!!!

If a coach has 3 quarterbacks on his roster and the best one can only complete 48% of his passes at the end of the year...that's 100% on the coach.

He should have been Red-shirted this year. Bottom line, that's been the whole problem to this mess. Coaches screwed up and allowed Rettig to leave a year early.

READY... Are you kidding me.. Any kid can hand the ball off 2 plays and throw incompletions. The bottom line is, if the rb's don't pick up the first downs and keep the chains moving, we punt. 48% completions and that includes the ULM's.. Even if Harris doesn't pass, he still adds another dimension in the backfield by running the ball. I'm not bashing AJ, this is 100% on Miles. Guess that's why he makes the BIG bucks.

I don't see how on God's green earth that Harris would have stayed for five years.

What exactly did you want them to do?

QB is the leader.. We have no leader, he tries, but it isn't in him. Will not be next year, either. Can't run a backfield with dual qb's. Give him the ball and let the kid play. You work him in by giving % snaps during practice with the first team. Game time is not work him in time. If AJ went down with a injury, we gonna work him in then?

There is a difference between being a leader and leading a team. AJ and JJ were both leaders in their own right. They were/are tough QB's who were/are vocal and try to lead by example. The problem is when the example (product on the field) is not productive.
I think players like Harris are leaders by example only which translates to leading a tem. They naturally become leaders by their play on the field.
Harris deserves an opportunity similar to the one given by Chad Loupe against Ark. many years ago and the one NOT given by JL recently. Enough said. Geaux Tigers!

Don't recruit drop back QBs when the direction you are going is with a mobile/dual threat QBs. Wasted the program and the kids time.

Miles disagrees with you... I would be surprised if Harris even sees the field....

Exactly! Can anyone honestly say "Harris would be worse." You can't score fewer points than ZERO.
