How do people consider Fournette a bust?

Just read he leads the SEC in all purpose yards as a True Freshmen. Is about 250 yards off of a 1,000 rushing yards and has been absolutely bruising all year.

I haven't seen anyone say he's a bust. I've seen several people say he's not the once-in-a-generation talent like was advertised; which is true. He lacks the top end speed.
