When did it become "cool" for sorority girls to look like slobs?

When I was in college, these girls took pride in what they looked like and how they dressed.

Yesterday I was driving down sorority row and its unreal how sloppy these girls look now. They ALL dress the same: running shorts and oversized Tshirts.

Is this "I don't give a shite" look the new "cute"?

The question is: WYSHI?

If the answer is yes, what's the goddamn problem?

They doll up at night. I only would notice them at night. I don't which was chicken, or which was egg.

A couple of years ago my sons car was in the shop and I dropped him off at school for a few days and I said the exact same thing.
And on a rainy day these girls added stupid-arse looking rubber boots to the saggy running shorts and baggy T shirt ensemble. I'm talking rubber fricking BOOTS!
It was insane.

When I was at LSU in the 80s they wore the same thing. So I guess it's been going on for a while

What happened to blue Jean mini skirts and tank tops? That was a golden era.

Yay for girls who don't care about impressing you when they're going to class! I was in the era where we thought we needed cute outfits for class and great hair and a little make-up. Good to know the younger generations have priorities. Education does not require looking hot. Comfort is good.

The colorful rubber boots are adorable!

When they stopped trying to find a husband in college. People get married later now.
