Favorite Food Item on The Westbank ?

Tough one for me as I venture to the Westbank often for food. I haven't been to the new Rouses but it's on my to do list for the weekend.
Currently the pepperjack chicken sausage at the Butcher Block is my favorite WB food item.

Their stuffed chickens are legit too.
Get your arse over to the Hong Kong Market.
The shrimp at the plywood mall in Westwego are hard to beat.

Pho at Tan Dinh is the pretty easy answer.
The Westbank culinary scene outside of vietnamese is pretty sparse.

Anything there. Hell, even their golden tofu is outstanding.

Rouses
pisses me off that the two Rouse's near me are still more Save-a-Center than ouse's and have none of the gourmet selections and a horrid cheese selection.
Favorite Food on the wank?
Pho Tau Bay - Bun with beef and chinese sausage

I go quite often. In fact last time I was there someone backed into my car and bailed. Damn wankers.

Hard to cite anyone dish in particular, but Pete Vazquez has been killing it lately at Appetite Repair Shop in the point.

My vote goes to the various red cooked BBQ pork items sold at Hong Kong market on weekends....everything from ribs and tenderloin to whole pigs. Buy by the lb. I'm usually unable to resist tearing into it before I leave the parking lot.

I need to check that out soon. O Brah has been a huge PV fanboy since day 1 of his Hush Supper Club @ Stein's.
