Worst "yummy" dish prepared by people who can't cook?

I am in toxic shock from too many church pot luck dinners over the summer. I have had some really bad food, jello salads, casseroles, lots of cream cheese, bacon and jalapeños.
But the tried and true worst crap of them all is the cocktail wieners, grape jelly & BBQ sauce in a crock pot. How could anyone think this is remotely edible?
I salute some of those who have no cooking skills, but have perfected that one dish, usually jambalaya or a gumbo. Some of those are worth filling up your styrofoam plate and digging your plastic fork right into it. Is there enough for seconds?

Corn and crab bisque. People seem to think this is some kind of gourmet treat, when in actuality most people who can't cook use a recipe that apparently consists of corn, cream, and crab meat. It's sweet, thick, and disgusting.

At age 52, I don't mind sweet and thick...

cant stand it either, I know alot of people like it but it just doesnt go together for me.
for me its those frozen meatballs in bbq sauce and jelly, taste like shite. If we have a potluck at work I make meatballs and put them in marinara sauce to prevent someone else from bringing those disgusting frozen meatballs

It is so disgusting. Oh, forgot about the nasty onion bits on top.

What's wrong with cheese dip? It's pretty tasty during football season.

Doesn't mean it doesn't suck.

Especially the pink ones with canned fruit in them.

Or the canned green beans wrapped in half-cooked Oscar Meyer bacon.

I don't like it either, and it seems to be the go-to "nice" dish at gatherings.

So true. But the little canned fried onions make it suck less.
