Jambalaya is a southern culinary masterpiece IMO. I can always pick out different flavors. Everyone does it different. Some great, some good, some okay but very few bad.

If you think about it, a Cajun jambalaya is not much different from Cajun Rice and Gravy. The ingredients are similar - it's just the way you combine them that's different.
