Should I still drop him though?

I'm going to wait and see what happens next.

Browns WR Josh Gordon can ask for reinstatement after 2014 season. Determination made then about training camp 2015.

I'm going to let it settle in first and see what some of the legal experts have to say. I have him in a different league and going to wait a few days probably.
It really depends on his chances of getting an injuction of the suspension. Long term, if he sues, I think he wins. But if he doesn't get an injunction he's not going to be playing while the case slugs along.

Do people not remember Starcaps at all?
Gordon could still play the entire year under a state court injunction. I would wait until he files and gets a ruling from the state court before considering whether to drop him.

Unless you're in a keeper league with a lot of bench room, yes of course drop him.
I wonder what he'll do with all his extra time?

Im not a lawyer, but the circumstances are not similar, at all.

Sorry, but he was grabbed in every league just before I was going to draft him.
Posted on 8/27/14 at 12:05 pm to drizztiger
I'm going to hold him for the time being.

Yep don't drop yet. 2 words, temporary injunction.
