That's a ridiculous outlook. The story was about one particular boy. Don't be so irrational.

You ever hear the story of the boy who cried wolf? Because that's the way I feel about chick's that claim rape these days, it's not my fault, it's the fault of all the chick's that have made false claims over the years.

no, it's your fault for being an a-hole.

Is this worth reading all 12 pages?

Nope

He said, she said. Plus lots of slut-shaming and general assholery.

No one really knows whether someone's been victimized OR guilty yet.

I also know the guy and just want to corroborate this part

I am really not too surprised by this or others posting that he is a creepy/strange guy.

Isn't that redundant? That just feels redundant to me.

Is it really slut shaming though?

The way I see it is people saying "inviting strangers into your house and then your bed isn't a wise decision"

Kind of like people that can't swim going in deep bodies of water without life jackets on.

Don't be surprised if all of a sudden you're in deeper than you planned.

I don't think its slut shaming, its the honest fricking truth.

My classmates/friends use Tinder (girls and guys) and they never meet at their houses or meet alone (the girls alway have a friend or two that go to the same bar/location on their own).

Have they been raped yet or raped someone, no.

Why? Because it doesn't take a genius to know inviting a complete random stranger (who you probably have not even MET a second before) to your house and then to your bedroom to think it'll be safe. At least you could tell the douchebaggery or 'unsafe' feeling at a bar before you take joe home.

Now that's a true old school rapist. Instead of accepting what was about to be given to him, he rapes her instead.

It's actually an important distinction from statutory rape which involves taking advantage of someone who lacks legal standing to give consent whether because of age or mental competence or status as an inmate etc.

Totally forgot about statutory. I guess I just always considered it rape vs statutory rape. In my mind all rape was forcible, but a lot of the teacher/student rapes fall under statutory so makes sense.

Taking someone home from a bar isn't safe either then. If they act normal at the bar it doesn't mean they aren't a rapist when you take them home.

There's always a risk when you do these things. That doesn't mean it's your fault that you got raped. People would say the same thing about the girl if she picked up the alleged rapist at a bar.

Nothing is "safe". But some things are safer than others. I've met girls places and ended up taking them home more than a few times and never had anything bad happen. Of course, I'm no rapist. But they could be.

+1. This is a brutally honest Internet forum. People get offended when they don't like what they read.

fricked up that this dudes name is public for an accusation.

The text data will tell the story. If she gave sugestive statements saying she wanted the dick, I think her case is worthless, regardless if he did actually do it

Maybe no one told him that the phone carriers deliver the messages, and the phone carriers save the messages they deliver

Would've been funny if she got so nervous in the tub that she let one rip and the bubbles floated up

Ya picturing a woman being so terrified that she farts while being forced to bathe after she was just raped is just hilarious!
