I don't know anyone that has been falsely accused. However I do know a girl who was raped in college by a guy we went to high school with. She was a virgin and went back to his apartment after the bar. Was raped while another guy from our high school was in the apartment heard her screaming no. She probably would have been called out as a slut on here when she was the furthest thing from a slut.
I am not going to call this girl a slut for inviting guy over or into her bedroom. Some people are just naive and unaware of the danger they are putting themselves in.

The law should be that if someone is falsely accused they should face the same sentence they accused the person of.
I did see a case in NYC where the guy served 7 yrs for rape and it came out later she was lying. I know she was going to prison but not sure for how long...in that case it should be double the time he served or more. frick losing 7 years to a lying bitch.

That's just the guy I know personally. I've heard many more. This was in the military by the way. The guy's career was ruined even though all he did was get laid. The girl got transferred to another command because they knew everyone would hate her for lying about it.

For the people saying that if she sent texts saying she wanted it, then it shouldn't be rape. She could tell him to his face that she wants it and then when she gets in the back changes her mind and tells him no. If he continues on at any point after she has said to stop, then it becomes rape.

I see from your further posts that you are having an overly emotional reaction based on what happened to someone you knew in the past. Therefore, you tend to view everyone accused as being guilty and you overwhelmingly give the woman the benefit of the doubt. That's dangerous IMO, because we know, for a fact, that women can and do make false rape allegations.

Hell, why stop there? In some universities, sexual assault charges can be considered if the woman just regrets a consensual hookup the next day.

I'm with you. I know a guy that got thrown under the bus by society because a girl claimed he raped her. A few months into the situation she got drunk and said it was all a lie and that she was just tired of dealing with him because they had a childish frick buddies relationship.

No, I'm calling bullshite where I see bullshite. I never said it doesn't happen. I totally believe it does and I believe those women that do it are scummy, horrible people. I'd be first in line to kick them in the vag. It just doesn't happen as often as y'all think.
