Tinder would be the people to contact if the messages are sent via their program. No idea if they are stored or not. Seems like if she were raped, she would have defense marks. Even if he did tell her to take a shower and get all of his fingerprints and what not off, it wouldn't change the fact that we know he was over. If he touched her shorts, we know his fingerprints are on them.
So much shady shite here. I hate that this guy's name is out there. I'm of the belief that you don't put a person's name out there from a case unless they are convicted. This guy isn't a Fortune 500 CEO. He's not in public service. This matter should have been conducted privately. If he were guilty, then yeah, put it out there. Until then, his privacy should be of the utmost importance as well.

Nah bah, I wish but its Sunday night and I go to bed at like 2:30am on school nights. Its only Friday and Saturday nights when I am able to stay up all-night. Im watching the Sunday night shows and just posting until I fall asleep.

I would say it happens more that we are aware of. And quite often, women doing so face no legal repercussions.

Reading news stories. Seeing how universities treat allegations of sexual assault. No personal stories (not sure why you're hung up on that). I've also never been robbed at gunpoint, but I hear it does happen.

Yes, I know someone personally that this has happened to, and have heard of several other specific instances. It ruined my buddy's career yet absolutely zero negative repercussions for the female who made the false accusation. As a matter of fact she was transferred so that she wouldn't have to deal with people seeing her in a negative light after the false accusation.
