If Blackwell's IQ were any lower he'd be using photosynthesis instead of digestion.

quote:you sir, are a dumbfrick. Name one time les EVER threw a member of the LSU football program under the bus. EVER. He goes out of his way to defend his players. Remember when he got pissed about Russell Shepard????And sayin "he didn't have the chest" in regards to a recruit that bailed out on a commitment and showed what little character "or chest" he had is hardly comparable. And he was proven to not have the chest, whatever the hell his name was
Not defending Blackwell, but to act like coaches have never publicly trashed players is simply a farce. Even Les has multiple times acted unprofessionally and laid blame for something on individual players and recruits. Heck, Les went out of his way to call out an 18-year old kid for his transgressions. He's just as guilty of being a poor leader in that sense that many of you are attacking Blackwell for.

Blackwell knows more than anyone posting in this thread. He needs to keep it closed though

But it just seemed like Miles completely dismissed Lee after that first Bama game and I think Saban knew that going into the game.
If you think that Saban didn't prepare for either/both QB's to play you don't have a clue. He prepares for every eventuality.
Except maybe for a FG attempt that is short at the end of a game.

I didn't say that. But I think it was clear when Lee didn't have any pass attempts in consecutive games to end the season what the game plan was (whether it was clicking or not). When we didn't see him in the SECCG, things seemed pretty obvious because normally you would see the other guy with that kind of outing.

He doesn't seem to know what he knows cause he has changed his remarks just bout 180 degrees from what he started out saying. That's if any of this stuff turns out to be in fact from him.

The people who want him to keep quiet just want to protect the program, which is not a bad goal. However you can't commit a former athlete to silence without making his life happy somehow (and that would be a rule violation) and you certainly shouldn't go into character assassination mode like many posters in this thread.

He only changed one thing.
He needs to keep it all to himself though

That's pretty fricked up. What a schmuck thing to do. fricking Kliff Kingsbury? Really?
Eta: didn't they lose their last five games of the year, and fall off the face of the Earth when they played real teams last year? Didn't they run off their starting QB in the off-season? Pretty sure some of it happened, I can't really be sure because honestly, it's Texas Tech...who gives a shite what goes on there.

There's plenty of people that he can probably vent to, he doesn't need to so loudly air his grievances. It does nothing good.

I'm far from a Les apologist but that whole situation was FUBAR by the clock/scoreboard operators at Ole Miss.
I was at the game. The scoreboard still showed LSU with one TO. After the completion, the clock went and stopped at 0:02 and then was reset to 0:01
Ole Miss and LSU fans were all confused.
