And here is why...

Basically, like I said a week ago, people love it when LSU plays like this and is a bubble team for a national seed...
We are starting to catch on

If LSU wins the SEC Tournament it will grab the other National Seed and may still take it with a championship berth depending on how Rice and Houston close out their conference tournaments. Rice or Oklahoma State can get there by winning their conference tournaments and having LSU get bumped by Arkansas in the semifinals.

LSU is an incredibly dangerous team. They're probably dangerous in the super regionals regardless of where they play, though a national seed is not out of the question depending on what happens tomorrow.

What a wild past couple of weeks it has been for the Tigers. Just over a week ago, the Tigers were considered a team that needed to do some work to get a host site. Now, enough has broken their way that they have a very good shot to nab one of the top eight national seeds. It is not void of stiff competition, though, with teams such as Ole Miss, Miami, Cal Poly and South Carolina also in the mix, with Cal Poly and South Carolina looking the least likely right now. Going inside LSU’s resume, the Tigers are 43-14 overall, have an RPI of 8, are 4-7 vs. RPI Top 25, 15-12 vs. RPI Top 50 and 22-12 vs. RPI Top 100, in addition to an 8-2 record in their last 10 games. Though the Tigers have a non-conference RPI of 36, the committee absolutely could choose to hold a non-conference SOS of 269 against Paul Mainieri’s club.

If we win, it's a lock. Lose, I think we travel, assuming we stay hot.

I have my bump finger ready when we find out Monday.
Win or loss, I think we end up national seed

Win the SEC tournament by run-ruling half of your games is mighty impressive, I don't see how anybody without an agenda leaves us out the top 8

Call me out. I hope like hell I'm wrong. But let's just win Sunday and make it moot.

There will be so many threads bumped in the next few days that's all that will be on the front page.

If we win tomorrow, then yes.

I just read one started by Moustache in April complaining about how our players are physically inferior compared to players on other teams in the SEC.

Lets go with this..who would the committee then pair us up with?
Probably would have to be Washington, Rice, Ok State..not many other options.
You gotta figure Ore State/Cal Poly, UF/Miami and TCU/Ole Miss would be real safe bets.

Who is going to be crawfishing? I was on record two weeks ago saying this team will find a way to host. Now Tad is the only one I know that has held steady on the belief of a top 8 seed.

Ive bookmarked many people saying we won't receive a seed josh336 included, if we get one I will be politely bringing up a thread

You can add Sampson to that list. I may not be a tier 1 baseball poster but I called it and demand recognition.

just last week people were on here saying we wouldn't host a regional much less be a national seed ....for the record I thought regardless of the sec tourney we would host a regional but thought we would need a lot to happen to host a super , with a win tomorrow we may get a top 8 , something i will admit i didn't see happening...

I was emphatically in the undecided column! I'm on record as equivocating and hedging my bets. But I was hoping...
